This is unacceptable in ANY civilised country or society!! To kill dogs and the way they killed those poor animals is an absolute horrendous practice of barbaric proportions!! This cruel practice should have been banned a LONG time ago!! Dogs are sensitive creatures, loving companions loyal friends until the end. Governments must implement laws to protect and prevent “ celebrations” like this. People should be accountable for this inhumane cruelty which in my opinion is a CRIME!!
